Story Line
In Her Steps is a dance-driven short film that explores identity, self-perception, and the quiet pressure of becoming someone you are expected to be. Through movement rather than dialogue, the film follows a dancer confronting her reflection, both literal and internal, as she navigates the tension between who she is and who she believes she must become. As choreography and reflection intertwine, the mirror becomes a silent witness to growth, comparison, and self-reckoning.
