Story Line
Only Good Feelings is a 90 minute feature film about masking grief with pleasure, and disaster with reckless escape. At its core, it is about the pull between independence and code-pen-dence, and the clash of classes
that shapes those choices.
Benny is haunted by the death of his fiance, Sarah, who was killed in a car accident. Though it wasn’t his fault, Benny cannot shake the guilt. In his spiral, he reconnects with Kam, a troubled childhood friend, who lures him into a scheme of small-time robbery, insurance fraud, and extortion-plans to raise enough money to flee to Mexico.
