Story Line
Passion to Persist is a 48 minute documentary about Hadley Ferguson, who has continued to create breathtaking art while living with a progressive neurodegenerative disease called Multiple System Atrophy, an atypical form of Parkinsonism. The film highlights her work as an artist and her advocacy efforts through Summit for Parkinson’s (the nonprofit Hadley founded to support Montanans living with Parkinson’s disease). It also highlights the difficulty of getting a diagnosis, and what day to day life is like managing MSA while continuing to live a fulfilling and joyful life as an artist, mother, wife, daughter and friend.
